My Story in 30 Seconds
I started in marketing in 2018 after dropping out of community college. My first real shot was an internship at a local SEO shop in Tysons Corner, Virginia. I started my own agency in 2019, worked across several service industries, and eventually realized I did my best work when the focus was narrower. In January 2026, I committed 100 weeks to serving only outdoor living companies. My team and I sent out $5.15M in contracts in the first 100 days of that shift.
Timeline
- 2018
Dropped out of community college and got my first real shot: an SEO internship in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
- 2019
Started my own agency at 19.
- 2019–2023
Worked across real estate, construction, roofing, financial services, legal, and private-equity-backed companies. Learned what actually moves the needle — and what is mostly noise.
- 2024
Went deeper into the trades and started seeing the same problem from a different angle: good companies with real capacity, but no dependable system for creating demand and turning it into contracts.

Made a 100-week commitment: outdoor living companies only.

Looking for the next great outdoor living company to build with.
Partnerships
I keep my partnerships small. The fit matters more than the fee.
I work with outdoor living companies — decks, patios, hardscapes, pools, outdoor kitchens, full design-build. Between $3M and $10M in revenue. Owner-operated or with a sales team in place. The one thing that matters: you want to grow and your business can handle an additional $1M per month.
Here's how it works:
- I charge an upfront fee
- I take a percentage of gross revenue
- I pay back my upfront fee on the profit of the first deal or two
You only pay me when the result hits. That's the whole model.
